The Commandant André apartment is right in the heart of Cannes, in the famous "Carre D'Or" between the Croisette and the Rue d'Antibes. Recently refurbished, fully equipped, furnished to a high standard and fully air conditioned.
Lettings are from Saturday (4.00pm) to Saturday (10.00am).
Price includes :
- Bed linen
- Bath and hand towels
- Bath mats and tea towels
- Gas, electricity, water
- Laundry for linen at the end of your stay
- Final clean of the apartment

A deposit of 25% of the total rent is payable when making your booking. The balance of the rental plus the refundable security deposit of €300 per week is payable 8 weeks before the start of the rental period (please see our detailed booking Terms and Conditions page).
